My wife and I are planning our trip to Kyushu in mid-Oct this year. And hope to see if our plan works. Especially the days driving around Kurokawa onsen and Takachiho. We are thinking to have 2 large luggage.
We love the culture(history/ temples/scenery/food) but also like the city.
We will be getting JR passes and also would try to hire a car in between. Feel free to drop any recommendations and thank you all in advance!
