Squished writing ?

There was this comment I saw under a Japanese Jojo video on YouTube where the whole sentenced looked so compact. Like the spaces between the characters were so small and even the characters themselves looked shorter, like when you have a writing exam and you can’t fit all the writing in the page so you gotta write them super small. All the other comments on this video were normal but this one looked like they put the sentence in a hydrolic press. I can’t post a picture as this sub won’t allow but maybe you guys know what I’m talking about ?
