Hello!! I wanted to ask about orthopedic clinics / Judo therapy / acupuncturist / shiatsu / 整骨院, any English or Chinese speaking ones that accept National Health Insurance near Shibuya/ Sangenjaya / Futago / Roppongi area?
Preferably with experience in Scoliosis!
I heard that some of them will ask you to pay in full upfront, and you’re meant to claim 70% yourself – I’m not sure how does that work? I have never manually claimed for insurance myself… appreciate if you can explain how this works too!
Since I dont speak Japanese I appreciate it if the clinic will directly bill 70% to the health insurance company as I’m not sure how to claim it separately.

what’s covered by insurances is usually a short massage. anything else is not. you can claim back yearly medical expenses over 100000, and will get a tiny tax refund.
better go to a real doctor 整形外科！
