In the core 10k deck and surely others, many identical combinations of characters have multiple readings / definitions – does anyone have a good method for dealing with this? When I’m presented with a word I’ll just say everything that comes to mind, but often miss the particular answer for that card. Not sure if it is overcomplicating things to combine different notes into one that lists all possible definitions? Let me know your experience!

That’s why I have sentences on my cards. If I understand the word in the sentence I pass the card. Idk there are probably other solutions, but that was what seemed easiest to me. Also idk about core 10k, but the core 6k comes with example sentences, so it’s pretty easy to implement.
Put a small context snippet under the word in those cases.
