I bought a yukihira aluminium pot and some parts of the manual are not so clear to me. It says something about “blow out”. Most of the instructions I understood just not that last paragraph:(

    I believe it says when cooking or reheating the pot may suddenly bubble over. Do not use a high flame, use a low flame and mix well. When making miso soup, do not add miso and reheat on high. There is a risk that it may suddenly bubble over or splatter.
