I am currently listening to the following YouTube history series “Understanding History” on the history of Japan from ancient times to the Sengoku period

As I am not yet very familiar with different accents, could someone listen to the narrator and tell me if it is standard Japanese or any dialect? To me it sounds like a standard or Tokyo accent but interested to know how you would describe the sound of this voice.
Thank you so much.

He’s speaking (mainly) standard Japanese but is obviously from 関西地方 based on his accent/intonation. He does throw quite a bit of straight up 関西弁 in there as well in terms of vocabulary and grammar.
I agree with the other commenter on this one. You can tell the speaker is from 関西地方 since his intonation has a lot of rises, compared to the 東京 accent that tends to be flatter in tone
there were for me clear signs that he’s from kansai at the beginning when he said どっから来た (intonation) at 0:18 and 考えにくい**やな** at 0:26
