Hi! This is my first post on this sub reddit. This will be mine and my husbands first trip to Japan. I was hoping to get some opinions about my itinerary. It is a first draft. I want to spend the night in a Ryokan with private onsen (tattoos/ shy) and see Mt Fuji, is Lake Kawaguchiko the best place to do that? Let me know if you would switch anything around/ add things. Thanks!

Day 8, why not add the rest of Sunshine City in with your pokemons? There’s also a planetarium and an aquarium in the same building. Also, while you’re in Ikebukuro, check out Animate and K-BOOKS (K-Books has a bunch of resale anime goods in great condition).
Maybe group up Pokemon stuff with teamlab since they’re a bit closer to each other than Shibuya. For the most part the itinerary looks good from what I can tell, nothing too crazy. For conveyer belt sushi, I tried 2 places on my last trip and I can vouch for Kura Sushi. Very cheap and delicious. I still think about the tempura squid and seared salmon with cheese.

These places are exceedingly cruel and I would recommend thinking twice about whether you want to support a place like this with your money and patronage.
