  1. You can do it if you’re used to walking about 20,000- 30,000 steps every day without a lunch break but I’d cut down the itinerary in half.

On Day 6, have you looked up when those places close? I don’t think you can go to all of it before closing time.

  2. You have an impossible amount of walking pretty much every day, but things in Japan close really early. Shrines are open maybe 9-5 ish and stores are open like 10-8. If you wanted to do every single thing on that list you’d be looking at each place for 15 minutes before sprinting off to the next. I used wanderlog to plan my trip and it includes opening and closing times and tells you if something is closed (lots of stuff is closed Mondays). You’re going to enjoy your vacation more if you spend more time at a few locations instead of spending almost no time at a ton of locations

  3. Having such a regimented schedule kinda takes out any spontaneous discoveries or diversions. But some do prefer it this way.

  4. You know that Kanda-myojin is in Akihabara, right, not in Asakusa? So kind of returning to Akihabara on two different days, so might not be the most optimal.

Overall, what you have seems to make sense. Just be flexible and take this list as options and not must do. If you try to do everything at all cost, it might be exhausting.
