We have left a couple of days empty on purpose. I know the risk of having an itinerary that is too tight so those days are for last minute or overflow 🙂 Have tried to make a mix of busy days and quieter days.
Welcoming all feedback and suggestions. Don’t know what I don’t know 😂

June 15, 16, 22, 26 are incredibly light.
June 15: three hours on a very comfortable train, figure an hour (at most) to reach hotel and check in – so you have the whole afternoon and evening left
June 16: Fushimi Inari can be anywhere from 15min to three hours depending on how far up you go, then 30ish minute train ride to Arashiyama, 30 minutes with bamboo (the “forest” is tiny) – I strongly recommend adding some stuff to Arashiyama
June 22: same comment as June 15
June 26: not sure why you are revisiting sensoji, it should be done as part of Asakusa on June 14. If you remove sensoji then there is not a lot happening on this day
Also, if you activate the JR pass on Day 4 you need to be back in Tokyo on Day 10 as it goes by calendar days (a 14 day pass does not make sense for you).
Just commented this on someone else’s post but if by go karting you mean the karting around the city, I would advise against this. It’s super dangerous and disruptive to the locals, plus they smell awful, they’re loud, and you’re driving in traffic.
