Pipe Burst in Shiga

Had an exterior pipe burst in my house in Shiga. I’m not sure how much it will or should cost to repair. I’ve been reading about plumbing scams that have been going around and I’m wondering if anyone here has experience dealing with Japanese plumbers.

  1. If you’re concerned, call City Hall and ask if they keep a list of legitimate local plumbers.
