  1. With all that money going in for tuition how did they have trouble paying rent? Was the money going elsewhere?

  2. The whole story is wild. Lady’s living in Switzerland and got her teenage son as the “creative director” while the students come home hungry and in the wrong clothes and is now excusing her failure to return tuition fees because she’s trying to get the parents more money than they paid through some sort of legal shenanigans. Wonder what it’ll take for the parents with more money than brains to realize they’ve been scammed.

  3. > Regarding the lack of tuition fee refunds despite the school’s sudden closure, Rose said she has asked parents to be patient, as she’s hoping a suit she’s filed in Switzerland will award parents damages that are higher than the tuition they paid.

    > “This is very important for me,” she said. “If we refund maybe the tuition (now), then they are done, right? But if we asked for emotional damage and traumatic experience, and we were able to land something, they get much more.”

Wait… What? The parents want a refund. She’s saying if she pays a refund, they miss a chance to get more than just the tuition? Who are they suing in this situation?
