Looking for a foreigner-friendly vape shop in Tokyo to get a new device

Hello everyone,
I find myself in need of a new vape device, having graduated from the beginner level but still somewhere short of achieving expert status. My faithful companion up until this point has been a trusty DTL tank mod. Regrettably, it recently met its untimely demise, which brings me here.
I’m on the hunt for an upgrade, with a few specific characteristics in mind. I’m looking for a device that is not only user-friendly but also compact – something pocketable, practical for daily use. I’ve considered a pod system but I’m uncertain about the availability and ease of procuring refills in Tokyo.
Navigating the labyrinth of vape devices and their specifications is challenging enough in one’s native language. Given that my Japanese is currently a work in progress, I’m keen to find a vape shop in Tokyo with English-speaking staff who can guide me through this process.
What I’d ideally like is a foreigner-friendly shop where I can experiment with a variety of devices before committing to a decision.
