As the name promises, you will find ramen that uses both clams and jidori chicken. Beyond those already great ingredients in their broth, this shop also offers the local specialty “shirasu”, which is a type of whitebait fish, as well as Hokkaido butter as a topping. But they also have a great clam tantanmen on the menu, which you see here.
