The Google translate app camera function shows the meaning, but I want to learn how to pronounce it. Is there an app that shows the romaji of any kanji I see on signboards or advertisements IRL?
Instead of using your camera directly, take a picture and input that into Google translate and activate “show original text”. In this mode you can copy and paste the original Kanji into a dictionary app of your choice.
If you have an iphone, you can go to the gallery after taking a photo can copy the text from there to put it through any dictionary you might want
