Hello, everyone!
So, the application deadline is quickly approaching and I may have misinterpreted the details for the statement of physician.
I was diagnosed with ADHD-PI when I was about 7 years old. I used to take medication for it. But I haven’t done so since I was 19. I’m about to turn 27 in a couple weeks. I have not been seen by a doctor or any such medical professional since I was a child regarding anything to do with ADHD (or anything else really aside from an occasional ear infection from swimming in the summer). I function well without medication or any other kind of treatment. Do I still need a statement of physician? I kind of just got health insurance and my doctor won’t be able to see me until well after the application deadline. Will I be able to go to a walk-in clinic if a statement is needed?

They would say yes but tbh just don’t do it and you’ll be fine. Just don’t have any doctor put it on your history and they’ll never find out.
Also you don’t need any medical forms now just put that you don’t have anything and just wait and if you get hired they’ll request a medical checkup then just go to a walk in and don’t report your old diagnosis. You’ll be fine 🙂
Nah you’re ok, it’s not an ongoing treatment thing, you manage it on your own with the need for medical assistance. I wouldn’t worry about it.
