  1. That’s interesting. Anecdotally, it seems like there’s been a massive shift back. Trains seem packed again. I’m in a large office complex in Minato-ku and it seems at pre-Covid levels. I go to lunch either at 11:45 or 1pm to avoid the crowds, for example, just like in the before times.

  2. I wish this were true but I know my office did go back to full office. Trains also seem super crowded in the morning.

  3. Japan, please use this opportunity to reinvigorate the economies of small-town Japan. Not everybody should have to live near an office in order to work for said office. Remote work is healthy for the economy and well-being of the people in this country.

  4. In my friend’s office, 2/20 wanted to go back to the office .

    Surprise surprise. They are jijis.

  5. My work is back to the office and morning flexible start times are over as well.
    We do get 4 wfh days a month
