2. This looks like a whole box! How much does something like this cost?? From my local place, this would be 5x$25 (on one of the few days a year they have it), and there’d be less than half as much uni on each one

3. I love uni but it’s very high in cholesterol and mercury. Assuming you aren’t doing this very often but just be aware!
