Anybody live in Futtsu (Chiba)?

Hello,

I was wondering if anybody lives in Futtsu (or lived there before). We’re currently in Tokyo, and have been thinking of moving there (five minute walk to the beach!) but I don’t know if I’m crazy for thinking that or not. We are close to lots of amenities in Tokyo, but there is a Costco within driving distance so maybe that would be even better? I’m American and my husband is Japanese, two young daughters. My husband works from home except for like one day a month so no commute for him. I guess I’m just checking to see if I’ll be the only foreigner for miles or not 😂
