Got this awhile back at Trappers Sushi in Seattle, WA. What’s it called? I wanna order something like this from other sushi joints in Toronto 🇨🇦

  1. Left looks like a fried California roll. The other two on the right are too covered up to be distinguishable. I’d say if you see a roll on the menu that mentions “torched salmon and spicy mayo on top” then you’d get something maybe similar to the middle roll. The right roll looks like it may be topped with a spicy kani mix?

  2. With that much sauce on top, that’s mostly all you’re going to taste anyway, so it probably doesn’t matter as long as you get rolls with a ton of spicy mayo

  3. Looks like fried sushi roll on the left, center maybe a dynamic roll of some sort. With Spicy mayo dynamic sauce.

  4. Interestingly enough.. trappers used to be the absolute worst. Many of us locals call it “americanized sushi” because they used to not season their rice. Fast forward 5 years and now their rice is seasoned well. Their nigiri sushi (with the fish on top of rice) has come a long way and is pretty decent!

  5. I think the rolls on the left is the captain crunch roll (or crunchy california roll)
