  1. Woke up craving for Japanese curry so I decided to make it. Cheated slightly in that I used the S&B Golden Curry cubes instead of making my curry from scratch. The pork and eggs were not made from scratch either as I own neither a pig nor a chicken. But hey, we work with what we can find from the supermarket! Made 5 portions in about an hour, so the meal comes together fairly quickly. I have my grandmother’s seal of approval for this meal!
