  1. My 2c having just got back from a trip myself

Super Nintendo world will need a reservation beforehand (unless this has changed in the last few weeks) and I would advise buying team lab tickets at least a few days before you’re planning to go ☺️

  2. I don’t suggest the go karting at all, I actually actively discourage people from doing it. They’re disruptive, smell terrible, and a lot of locals hateeee them. Plus they’re dangerous to do as you’re literally street level with regular cars, vans, etc.

  3. – Day 4

What do you mean with “Mt.Fuji”? Where will you be going? Do you mean hiking Mt.Fuji, visiting Hakone or Kawaguchiko, somewhere else?

    – Day 6

Many places in Japan close at 5pm, that includes Osaka Castle. You should see Osaka Castle first thing and then spend the rest of the day in Nara so you can enjoy Nara more leisurely without thinking about running back to Osaka before the castle closes.

    – Day 8

These places are not in the same area. What do you wish to see in Higashiyama? Gion? Kiyomizudera? The Philosopher’s Path? Try and make some sort of route because Higashiyama can easily take up more than a full day. As above, temples close at 5pm, so start at Kinkakuji as soon as it opens, have breakfast/lunch at Nishiki and then spend the rest of the day in Higashiyama. That’s a more efficient use of time.

    – Day 9

Note that Enoshima is not in Tokyo. It’s a day trip from Tokyo but it takes almost two hours to get there considering the train transfers. Realistically, it’s difficult to be there and back and then off to Narita to get there by 4pm, let alone with a visit to TeamLabs and Mailish in the midst. The only way I can see that is if you’re up at 6am or something. If Enoshima is truly a must-see, consider doing it as a day trip some other day.

  4. How were the pokemon cafe and dinner, as well as Nintendo world I will be going at the end of this year and am very interested to hear how both were 🙂
I’m hoping to be able to grab some pokemon and Nintendo themed swag when I go

  5. This is such a hectic itinerary! The lines for Osaka castle are insane so factor that in if you want to go inside. If you just want to look at it then bounce might be a bit more manageable!

  6. You are arriving at Narita Airport at 4pm for a 8.50pm flight. That’s almost 5 hrs. I always thought you had to be there 3 hours before a flight. Why are you going almost 5 hrs earlier?
