Noticed it in Tochigi. My wife sat next to me and didn’t notice it though.
I felt it upstairs in Miyagi but my family didn’t feel it downstairs. It’s the first time the NERV alert actually hit exactly when it said it would.

Not too bad in these parts of Sapporo at least, Yosakoi Soran Festival finals continue like nothing happened
Its center was off the coast of southern Hokkaido, so just a 3 in Sapporo. It was a long one, I took the time to wait in a doorway
Felt it up here in Iwate.

Minami-ku here. About 3 or 4 seconds of a bit of a shake, then not much else. Barely interrupted dinner.

Didn’t really feel it much in Minato.

Long & strong and really widespread. The news said to be alert to the possibility of a similar sized quake in the coming week. Git yer batteries & water, and rotate your emergency pantry if you didn’t do it in March . . . .
