Hi. I am just wondering does anyone have eijuken while in abroad? I am planning to go back to Japan in the future but I might need to stay in UK for few years because of the job. I won’t be having address anymore and none of my families are in Japan now. Should I keep renting a house in Japan? Has anyone done that?

Get a five-year reentry visa from the immigration office, then when you leave make sure you say you intend to return to Japan. That way you won’t have any obligations while here but will be able to return as long as it’s within 5 years.
