Overall, 10/10. I had some fish I’d never tried before; my fave was the Kinki and amberjack, and I have a new appreciation for hamachi which I didn’t care for previously. My husband loved the barracuda, amberjack, rockfish, and king salmon belly the best. I’d definitely do it again but it may be a while; our bill was a tick under $600 and that didn’t include tip or our first round at the bar. I have some great vids of Chef Kinjo at work, as well as the place setting and real wasabi (it was incredible).
