soy free protein powder

Has anyone seen a soy free protein powder that won’t break the bank?

I’m fully allergic to soy and want to get in more protein for breakfast instead of toast.

  1. I second iherb.
Alot of choices and they sometimes have sale plus free shipping over I think 6000yen (pretty sure one powder will cover that).
My other option is oatmeal and peanut butter(also from iherb) or boiled eggs.

  2. I searched around iHerb when I first came but I went with MyProtein. It’s a UK brand that I used to buy back in EU, decent quality and way cheaper than anything you can find over here, even cheaper than iHerb. I think their Asian warehouse is in Singapore but I didn’t have to pay any import fees anyway. They got both normal (mostly likely soy free but they list all the ingredients and nutrional values on their site) Whey, Impact Whey and others. I’ve had better but here beggars can’t be choosers.

Sadly there are no decent multivitamins at any reasonable price anywhere in Japan though. I was barely lucky enough to find Casein.

  3. Orgain, available at Costco. About ¥5000 for 1.3kg.
Been using it for 3 years and love it
