I’m trying to figure out the best place to get the chest Xray, TB test, and Certificate of Health filled out (in Ireland) and was wondering if any past/current JETS knew any good places to get it done and filled out. Thanks!
I got my x-ray at a clinic in Santry, Dublin 9. (Edit: It’s called Affidea Clinic). When I did it, there was no need to get a TB test if you get an x-ray (and vice versa). They were cheap and insanely quick.
The certificate of health must be filled out by your personal GP. If you don’t have a GP, then contact one asking if they’d be willing to fill out the (attached) certificate of health form and if so, if you could make an appointment.
