Does anyone happen to know if new intakes get some basic psychological evaluation before signing their contract?
It doesn’t say whether this might have involved (perceived) bullying during basic training, but there is also the unfortunate thing where some folks here cannot cope well with criticism or psychological pressure.
Either way, it seems that this person probably does not have the correct mindset for this type of job.
