1. I think a good measure would be to just ask to see peoples reservations before they start climbing in order to prevent bullet climbing

2. Too many travelers go without knowing the difficulty level of climbing Mt. Whenever there is a problem such as being lost, a police officer working at a nearby koban will go looking for them. Recently, the number of such cases has been so high that sometimes the koban is unmanned.

3. Just climb in September when all the huts are closed. Hardly any crowds then!
