  1. What a joke. How do you claim to be about equality and fairness when you dictate literal colours?

  2. “They don’ took the rainbow….I want the rainbow back! You can’t have the rainbow god dammit, we didn’t vote on this shit. I didn’t get an email you greedy bastard.” ~ Ralphie May

In all seriousness though how do you get offended by a rainbow.

  3. “Presiding Judge Ueda ruled that the present legal system is ‘in a state of unconstitutionality.'”

So, they’ve won the suit, but people are still complaining?

  4. The judge was apparently enforcing decorum in the courtroom, where any kind of protest during a hearing is generally not allowed. The action seems outrageous the way the information is presented but most courts in Japan would probably do the same thing over any kind of protest clothing or symbols.

  5. being front of crowds showing their claim are already intimidating. judge are also human and to make fair decision maybe it’s better to be banned inside the court, IMO

  6. The court did rule that the current marriage laws are in a state of unconstitutionality for those interested
