It’s not hard. You open up your laptop and clean the GPU and CPU with alcohol swabs. Apply tiny pea sized thermal paste. Done. A little more risky if your laptop uses liquid metal tho like ASUS’s ROG series. It’s 15 bucks if you DIY, probably hundreds if you take it to a shop.
Find an ifixit guide for your model laptop (or close enough), check some youtube videos and do it yourself.
Ask dospara if they do it, it’s quite easy to diy though
