Not sure I can add a link, but you can get this product Perspirex on iDrugStore and Rakuten, maybe a few other places. I think it’s a Danish product, there are a couple of brands out there with the same thing.
It’s not cheap – a tiny 50mL roll on of the extra strength cost me about ¥2200 but it’s worth it.
Basically it’s aluminium that clogs you up and stops your pits sweating ⇉ no smell.
(I don’t want to get into the supposed pros and cons of aluminium, if you don’t wanna use it don’t use it).
You put it on at night after your shower every night for a week, then every second night for a week, and then you only need it once or twice a week as a top up.
Just went for a bike ride in the 30°C sun and my pits are dry as a bone.

You can buy speedstick on Mercari etc shipped from Okinawa (I assume it’s sold on base).

I’m not a doctor but that sounds like the opposite of healthy.
I also went for a bike ride today, I just coated myself in Aryan yogurt drink.
I arrived home sweaty and still coated in dried Aryan yogurt… 😊.

OP I think most, if not all, anti-perspirants contain aluminium salts. This isn’t unique to this brand.
It’s not wise to block your body’s natural regulations
Non-deodorant related, but those frozen pet bottles of tea wrapped in a small towel can act like a reverse hot water bottle. Stops the problem at the source.
At Shimamura, and I’m sure at similar stores, they sell padded undershirts. This helps in keeping the sweat from your shirt. I’d take being a bit smelly, which I try to cover with deodorant, over the look of sweaty armpits.
I just sweat. It’s healthy and it’s human.
Recently discovered crystal deo sticks and I’m never going back. It’s literally just salt but works amazing
OK Kids just remember anti-perspirant bad deodorant good

Use deodorant unless you want to smell like a rotten pizza
botox. I don’t regret any yen I spend on it every summer
Welcome to skin cancer. I would not be using this.
