Questions.
. It says tickets will be available but what will the tickets get you access to?
. Won’t the fireworks be visible from all around Hakata Bay and the Fukuoka Waterfront?

  1. Typically, ‘tickets’ here would relate to the event area specified. In this case, meaning that access to Marine Town Seaside Park (マリナタウン海浜公園) will be restricted to people with tickets. People will certainly mostly be free to watch from other spots around, but considering the geography of this case, getting official tickets will probably give the best view/experience.

I guess it’ll possible to watch for free from places like Momochi Seaside Park or Marinoa City, but maybe not. Other spots around the bay are likely to be too far for a ‘good’ view.
