Tokyo Area Motorcycle Groups

Any folks in the sub fellow motorcyclists? Looking for a group to go on weekend rides with and adventure around Tokyo area. I also have a few questions about bike ownership here, I already have a little Kei car, but we keep that in my wife’s name, so the whole vehicle registration system here is a bit of an unknown to me, would love to learn about it from some fellow riders.
