About 2 weeks ago, I requested to reissue my Japan post bank passbook (I lost it when I come back to my country during Covid) and I also paid 1000 JYP for the reissue.
They said It should take 3 or 10 days and will send to me through mail to my address, but It’s 2 weeks already and I wonder if I should take a day off and go to the bank again.
Does anybody know how long it should take to get the passbook to sent to your address? Since I worried that I might have heard wrong about the time It take.

3-10 business days. If that’s come and gone you can try to ask them again.
You can always ask again. You should have a receipt for the book you ordered. With a minimal amount of Japanese, they should understand if they see the receipt
