I\`m currently studying for next month\`s JLPT. I was somehow able to find tons of JLPT questions from previous years. I really want to know if questions are sometimes repeated since if it does, I might change my studying routine to make it easier. Answers will be much appreciated. Thanks.

I have never taken the test but i can tell you that it’s good in general to always prepare previous year questions of any test (unless the pattern and content has significantly changed) because even if questions don’t repeat you get an idea of what kind of questions come and where you stand
Exact sentences aren’t reused, but they test the same vocab and kanji frequently. I studied every previous year’s N3 in the 2 weeks before the December 2022 test, making Anki flashcards for every vocab/kanji tested that I didn’t know. I got at least 5+ questions right that I would have otherwise missed. I only passed because I crammed the old tests.
The readings and listening dialogs will get repeated. I literally found one of the readings from my N2 exam on a practice test that was published before I took the exam. I also had already heard one of the listening dialogues from my exam in a practice test
