If you are Japanese, that is good advice but I believe that in Japan, a will written by a foreigner is treated under the foreigner’s home country’s law so it should be legally valid under your country’s law. Rules about format, witnesses etc may be different in different countries, so check. Your embassy probably has a list of lawyers and/or advice.
And don’t forget rule #1 don’t trust legal advice from random strangers on the Internet.
I will help you if you also include me in yours.
Me – “Do you remember my PIN?”
Wife – “Yes.”
Me – “Okay. When fireworks eventually get me, give the 3DS to the boy, and my strategy puzzles to the girl”

My will was a real struggle to figure out.
