Could anyone let me know approximately how much your pension contribution is, and how this is calculated?
I’m on a salary of 240000¥ monthly and my pension contribution is 21960¥. Health insurance is 12012¥.
If you’re comfortable sharing salary and other deductions like income tax and health insurance too, great, but I can understand if people don’t want to disclose all these numbers on the internet.

Do you mean how the monthly premiums are calculated? Or how the annuity in retirement is calculated?

Taxes and insurance eat up about 20% of my salary.
I don’t feel like disclosing the exact amount but it’s a good bit past 80,000 yen a month.
