So I wanted to change my mobile carrier but it says it’s not sim free, regrettably I don’t have the money to buy new phone and second hand items are my only choice left. Anyone ever used one of those phones how was it? Thanks in advance
Which carrier are you with? The big ones have mvnos which are much cheaper.
As for used phones, I’ve bought used iPhones on Amazon, and in Geo, and used and new Android phones on Amazon. All have been fine. Sometimes immaculate, other times at least good enough to use for several years. For used iPhones check the battery condition.
Maybe check the MVNO thing first, though.
I’ve been using used pixels for real long time, bought them all off of Mercari, no issues! Iphone might be a safer bet, since it’s easier to get after service for them in JP. I’d look into a iphone SE 2nd or 3rd gen
One person in our household uses a used smartphone. (It’s about 8 years from release date now.) Except for battery life problems, it works fine. The SIM is from Linemo.
