Every fucking time I login to mizuho direct, simply lock my account. Can’t reset my password, can’t do anything.
1. Then apply for mizuho direct password reset
2.Wait for a fucking month without being able to do any online transactions
Can’t even move on from this account because I have put this shit account everywhere!

same with me it suddenly lock my mizuho direct account with no apparent reason.
I have never moved into online banking.
I kept my life easy that way.
People 2 generations older adopted it before me.
I am living 3 generations in the past, and boy does it feel good, baby!
Someone posted here before that their new security system is locking people if you use automatic translation on your browser.
Never had that problem, on an account I’ve been using for the better part of a decade. Technically it’s my wife’s account, which is mainly used for payments to the household credit card, which is in my wife’s name because Japan.
I vaguely remember having to do something when first using it so it “recognized” the browser, can’t remember what exactly. Browser is Firefox on Linux; I don’t use any translation plugins or whatever.
We have a business account with them – used their online service for two months then ditched it as it was awful, and wasn’t worth the fee. Not having it gives me an excuse to skateboard to the bank and update my bank book – the full 1990’s experience.
lol. Just close your account and go with a real bank.
Unless that account is something your workplace uses to transfer salary, delete that shitshow.
