A bit of a long shot but I figured I’d ask here… Does anyone have experience fixing a 引き棒(drain pull?) on a Toto 水栓？ It is a wire type (not rod) that runs th right the faucet head and it appears that the wire has broken. I’m wondering if it’s possible to somehow replace just the broken 引き棒 / ワイヤー or will I have to buy a whole new 水栓 unit instead? Any help would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you!

You need to dermine the exact model you have, then you should be able to find the schematic and order just the parts needed. You may need to do this through an authorized dealer, but if you’re the DIY type, try Amazon and Rakuten first.
