1. It’s because of the garbage work culture over here. Most employees just sit around, trying to appear busy until the boss goes home.

   Problem is, teachers ACTUALLY do work unlike all their corporate brethren.

   Put those two things together and yeah, you’re gonna burn anyone out. Passion for teaching or helping the next generation only takes you so far before your heart and mind burn out.
