That looks good as hell
May I introduce you to “kamabutter udon”, which is what you made plus a small piece of butter that melts on the hot udon and mixes with the egg to create an almost carbonara-ish taste. Some freshly crack black pepper on top – heaven!
I really loved this when I was in Kagawa prefecture recently.
