Curious what others say about day 4. It could be 2.5hrs to get to Kawaguchiko and another 1hr to get to Mt Fuji, and you’ll want to spend maybe an hour at each place, plus get lunch at some point. That’s already half a day, no? I’m trying to see how I can do a similar trip.
i saw there’s an express bus from shinjuku or tokyo station to kawaguchiko. i am planning a similar trip.
question: how are you planning to go to osaka from kawaguchiko?
I know you already said it’s controversial but I will say please rethink doing the go karting. It’s annoyingly loud, dangerous, smelly, and they get in the way of actual traffic. Sooo many people here hate it.
