That does look really good and I don’t mean this in an offensive way but I just never understood getting a meal that small when it’s so expensive
Sushi Ginza is one of my favorites, glad you enjoyed it! I’d recommend going for the lunch menu someyime, it’s a lot cheaper and still really high quality.
Nice! Did they serve ankimo (monkfish liver)? That has to be my favorite dish at high end omakase places
I have still never had the pleasure to try an omakase. Such a shame.
