Do CAD operator has a decent salary in japan?

i am new to this job,(on training), and there was no any details about my salary up or bonus, but my basic salary is 20万( with 2 saturdays work).

is there anyone who has or is working in Steel industry, is there any bonus or salary up in this industry? i barely save half of the money. and how much will i make if i start work perfectly.

  1. Damn, 200k a month is pretty low.

My uncle works in an industry melting aluminum and makes around 500k+ per month. It’s pretty hard work, but the pay is good.

  2. Do you not have a contract in place with your company? Maybe I’m missing something, but are you suggesting you agreed to work for a company (as a CAD operator for a company within the steel industry) without agreeing to financial terms? How can this be?

Maybe the shitty pay you get now is for training only? Perhaps once you are ‘officially’ hired you will get more? I’m sorry not to be able to offer any more help without looking at your contract.

  3. Im a haken and doing CAD with no weekends 200k is around what I make too. just a month’s equivalent of bonus on year end. If you can switch to a big employer and try for direct positions I think you can make more
