logging into ローチケ電子with someone else’s phone number

Hi, I bought a reseller ticket that’s an electronic only ticket through lawson, and the seller is asking me to login to their account with their phone number. However, when I go to do so on the app, it sends a message verification straight to my number and doesn’t give me the option to manually input a phone number. Help please?
