In the states I could usually find fruit flavoring extracts from the super markets. Things like mango, strawberry, blueberry etc. that would be used in baking, or making ice cream and sorbets etc.
However, I haven’t found anything like that here. I’ve gone to quite a few stores like direx, marumiya, ramu etc. but no luck.
Anyone have any suggestions?

tomiz should have what you need.
Seconding Tomiz. I bake and cook a lot and they carry everything for baking. If you’re in a big city usually there are several around in many department stores.
If you want supplies like bread pans, cookie cutters, and moulds cotta is a great online store. They sell ingredients too.
Another vote for Tomiz. I go there like every 2 weeks. They also have an online shop, if that’s easier. Good place to get flour, specialty butter, nuts/dried fruit, yeast, good chocolate (Callebaut even). If it’s baking related, they have it.
In addition to what others here have said, Kappabashi is a whole district for cooking goods and has several shops that sell harder to find flavorings.
Also, Amazon has a good selection from Japanese manufactures. [Here’s the brand I often use](https://www.amazon.co.jp/stores/page/260EE2D8-8EEA-4944-8CD5-04FD8DCC631B?ingress=2&visitId=9aa87a6f-28ae-4d2c-ae96-38d1a8c9257d&ref_=ast_bln).
