1. Wow. I’m so glad the woman doubled down and didn’t accept the bullshit answers she was given by the city hall staff.

   In this case, I do think it was discriminatory and malicious. But in reality lots of city hall staff members actually don’t have a fucking clue what they’re doing lol.

   I think generally people just trust city hall and most vulnerable people would have believed what was said which is really sad.
