I have quite a few winter clothes to get rid of. I’ve been to 2nd Street and Hard Off so far to sell them but I still have quite a few left. I’ve looked online and it seems that most of the donation centers are only in Tokyo. Anything in the Hiroshima area?
I can always try Facebook groups and メルカリ but I leave in a month and don’t want to just take them to the garbage center.

Drop em off at H&M. You get coupons for doing that.
King family accepts old clothes to recycle for 1 yen per kg. That’s how I got rid of over 6 kg of clothes quickly.
try the **Hiroshima YMCA** – [https://www.hymca.jp/](https://www.hymca.jp/)
they used to do charity work and clothing collection when i lived there in Nakajima-cho just across from Peace Park **中島町** 広島市
Check out your city hall, they should have donation day every 1-2 months where you could drop your clothes to the city hall inside a plastic bag, and they will ship and donate them to third world countries. Keyword: 古着回収
uniqlo has this recycle box
