Depends.
Are they speaking Japanese in the house?
Because if not, I highly doubt it.
If they do use Japanese in the house, then by definition those terms would come up because they’re part of Japanese. If they don’t, then they would use brother/sister because those are the English terms.
Using random Japanese in English is not what Japanese or Japanese Americans do, it’s what weebs do.
